Welcome,

I teach classes and workshops as well as Prenatal, Postpartum, and Labor & Birth Yoga Teacher Trainings in Northampton, New York, San Francisco, France and elsewhere. My trainings as a yoga teacher, registered nurse, childbirth educator, doula, and midwife assistant inform my teaching, as does more than 25 years of working and learning from people during different phases of life.
