A Weekend Retreat For Birth Professionals: October 11-13, 2024

Beth and Lara have been in partnership, teaching perinatal trainings for nearly 20 years.  

Join us at Groundworks Space in Gardiner, New York - - the home and retreat center of home-birth midwife and natural foods chef extraordinaire Kristen Leonard.

  • Two yoga practices per day

  • Pelvic floor and movement workshop

  • Delicious meals 

  • Walk along the river, through the fields and the woods

  • Soak in the hot tub or the wood-fired sauna

  • Relax around the fire pit

  • Daydream in a hammock


Rates:

  • Rates are per night and include room, board and use of facilities. Room & Board $85 - 175 per night depending on accommodations. 

  • Yoga and all led activities: $350

  • Deposit of $150 required to hold your spot
