Nestled at the foot of the Shawangunk Mountains, Groundworks Retreat Space offers the perfect setting to step away from daily life and touch in to what ignites you. This fall, join Gabrielle Epstein Casper and Beth Donnelly for a weekend designed to support and encourage women in midlife to reconnect with themselves.

Together, Gab and Beth bring over fifty years of experience guiding people through life's ups and downs using the transformative practices of yoga and meditation as a touchstone. Gabrielle, a holistic body-based psychotherapist, specializes in both individual healing and group facilitation. Beth, a registered nurse focused on public health and collective wellness, understands the deep connection between personal well-being and community care.

At Groundworks, you'll find yourself surrounded by nature's inspiring energy, nourished by wholesome meals, and embraced by simple luxuries—a wood-fired sauna, hot tub, and evening fires under starlit skies. Our hosts at Groundworks believe that changing your environment can shift your entire perspective. Their beautiful space has been thoughtfully created to spark new ideas, foster creativity, and nurture both inner reflection and meaningful connections with others.

Rates:

Room and Board: rates are per night/day and include room, board and use of facilities. $145 - 250 per night depending on choice of accommodation.
Retreat begins on Friday late afternoon and ends on Sunday after brunch.
$400 all activities / $450 after October 1st 2026
