Yoga for Cancer

“I joined this class at the beginning of this past summer and have attended every time it has been offered. I have been very impressed with the skill of the teacher in leading the class both in the verbal and the physical (Yoga) portions of its content. Beth relates very warmly with the members of the class and each session builds upon what has gone before. Beth explains and demonstrates the Yoga positions clearly and gives plenty of time for older participants to be able to participate. I feel so lucky to be a part of this class.
